Our Story

Unilodge.ng wasn’t built in a distant corporate boardroom. It was born right here on campus out of real, everyday student experiences.

I started this platform as a final-year Estate Management student at the University of Benin (UNIBEN). Living the daily reality of student life while studying the ins and outs of real estate valuation, property management, and housing dynamics gave me a clear perspective: student housing in Nigeria is broken, but it can be fixed with the right technology and approach.

Combining academic real estate training with a deep understanding of student struggles, Unilodge.ng was developed to make room hunting around campus seamless, direct, and completely stress-free.
